Anne Arundel County Why?

January 14, 2012.. wrong message.. find another corner.. I am not kidding. you respond-- photograph looks like he is facing the right way to ticket traffic violators. My response-- at 8:45 a.m. on a Saturday morning in a quiet residential area? Further he was not watching traffic-- he was flipping through papers. Out there for about 20 minutes-- when I noticed. Here is the photo.

I repeat, that idiot is too aggressive, too angry and I do not put up with idiots. I should not be seeing this guy anywhere near me.

What have I been up too that may have caused someone to send this idiot over here again. Nothing-- installed a new widget on my personal blog. Cleaned up some problems with other tools.

Thinking it was an attempt to bully on the historic tags again [some how they can stop me?] I opened the garage door to make sure he could see the tags since he was facing toward the garage. I left the door open for a good 15-20 minutes. See I think he wants to try something like-- oh I wanted to stop you and inquire about your tags. I made sure he saw them this morning.

Also this week-- the car my brother and sister-in-law [claiming belonged to her son, Eric] dropped off 3 months ago-- which I requested they remove [I also asked the FBI to look into it--], the cover blew off yesterday showing it had no tags. That idiot cop wants to pretend I am using my old tags for the car I asked both my brother and FBI to remove? I have already said- the old tags are not available and further-- I said get that crap out of my yard. I don't even have the keys to that car. FBI-- that idiot comes any where near me-- and you are going to be answering.. get that idiot off me. he is fking crazy. Andre-- you are jumping for that that nigga trash [italian american? okay-- pompous trash]-- with a gun? why? what did you do? I am not.. FBI I am not kidding.

Explain what you are not understanding?

And fbi-- the idiots want to squabble over a 1 or a 7... have them go ask their 5 year old if they know the difference. A stupid AA cop is a stupid aa cop.

Over the weekend -- September 23-25, 2011 lot of cop traffic. Almost as if they were running sorties [my background: defense contractor -- playing war games with computers-- do you remember the movie War Games with Matthew Broderkick-- except no graphics...]

Above photo taken Saturday, September 17, 2011. This extra local police activity seemed to start the day before when a new brick border was being put around the front gardens at my house.

Then problems at my bank on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 which looked as if local police had some part of. FBI-- I said no.

Should not see this much activity from these folks..

df crew out today-- FBI tag 1416... Not kidding.

The day or the day after my brother assaulted me and I called the police in early 2006-- I went by the police station on Route 170 in Odenton or Severn MD. I stood in the lobby between 5-10 minutes. I wanted to know what could be done to insure my brother did not return.

No one ever came out. I left my business card in the slot beneath the plate glass window.

When many of my possessions were stolen -- I went to PG county. My mother and the police seemed to think I gave my things away.. I have no idea why I would be trying to report the incident if I gave them away. My mother may be frightened of the dumb-f--k bunch in Maryland. I am not. FBi- I said not in my house. You allow this fu-king trash to add insult to injury? I am not kidding.

I called, wrote, been to your place-- you, the FBI. They do not come to their lobby but you allow the dumbf--k crew to sit on my corner and play big dog. Those dogs are going to be little pu-ss-ies by the time I get finished.

I SAID NO.

When I purchased property-- it was in Bowie Maryland and the reason I went to PG county police because of property theft. I lived in Northern VA before that-- always renting-- First Falls Church [Lee Hwy], then Arlington [Pershing dr] and then Arlington [Walter Reed Dr.] I purchased in Bowie. Also where I was coming from when the late September '93 accident occurred-- in Anne Arundel Co just outside of Ft Meade also known as BooneTown. I provided my living whereabouts-- something- you the FBI should have been fully aware of because of the government clearances I held for over 15 years. Arundel Arundel Co has violated my rights over and over-- and I did not move back to Anne Arundel Co after leaving until I was forced too. That after my why Me? search began. I did stay at my parents home briefly between the move from Pershing to Walter Reed [no heat in radiators] and then again when I was waiting on the completion of my place [newly built when I purchased]. I held at least a Secret Clearance all that time and my whereabouts should be no mystery to you. I can prove local Maryland police have violated my rights. I SAID-- STAND DOWN. I MEAN STAND DOWN.

You ask them why they are in my face... you [the FBI] know damn well who I am. Too bully? I never liked bullies.

I went out for a about 15 minutes an hour ago. I drove less than 2 miles from my house. More problems than I should have had-- including a black Honda cutting right in front of me...

Update Q's Wire? Not right now. Noted here. Sometimes I feel idiots attempt to irritate hoping I will scream at my personal blog. I do not like having my right of way taken away by other drivers. This is the wrong thing to do.

The Problem? I believe there are a lot of leeches that try to steal from my business. They maybe upset-- I attempt to make that impossible. I write a blog post about the local wimp azz pu----ies and they are on the corner today. FBI-- life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness guarantees me the right to bear arms.

I have lost-- limb, property and my rights-- with no recourse. Those wimp azz pu--ies better have a good reason to be on that corner. I have not seen a wimp-azz pu---- ie on that corner since December.

Dumb-Fu__ 5-- tell him he needs to go on a diet and find someone else's corner. I am not kidding.

I cannot prove this -- but there is a lot of noise over the Meetup tonight. I was being egged to go talk to the fat azz. Why? An attempt to rifle through my bag? Is someone having a hard time with one of my new interfaces?

Imagine-- the police aiding and abetting those who wish to steal my hard work daring me to go over there. I am not going over to talk to a fat azz-- idiot. His mistake? His mistake will be to trespass on this property.

I think the local filth wanted to get into bags. Software key? Judge who needs to have access to my source code and why?

By the way judge-- I am not making a mistake about the local pu--ies. Find out why?

Even going as far as to suggest I should be concerned about their WAMA. FBI-- you should be concerned about that WAMA. Not me. Never met her nor do I wish to know her. Nor, I might add-- should she ever be in my face for any reason. I am not going to Washington to be in her face. I am going because Rockstars are having a meetup. If I wanted issues with local law enforcement-- why would I be doing everything I can to get the FBI involved? I repeat FBI-- WAMA is not going to be my problem. PROMISE.

By the way-- 1234 tags on the police cruiser. FAT AZZ has a maroon car. I think either a black man or an asian guy has that tag. Why is Fat AZZ using someone else's car? Like I said-- wimp azz pu--- ies.

The Technorati Blog Ranking Tool has been experiencing problems because Technorati has been experiencing heavy server load problems.

That said, I could have handled error checking better to insure the traceback does not appear when this problem occurs. I may fix this at some point. This post just to notify, that I am aware of the problem.

New Mac OS Calendar Problem

When I got my new Macbook-- I noticed several versions of the Blogger Calendar [WordPress and Movable] did not show the complete year in the Year pull. This is because the common widget set is different for either the Mac OS X 10.4.+ or the Macbook handles pull [list] widgets differently. I am not sure which is causing the problem.

This is an easy fix to correct-- I simply have not had the time. All new calendars delivered will not have this problem.

My relatives cannot absolve your guilt nor will I go away....

A late 1997 event causes me some concern as related to those around me and their behavior. All of this has to do with horrific violations I have been subjected to after filing an EEOC complaint, that at the time I thought had to do with government contract abuses [Qui Tam].

If relatives entered into a deal with those that violated my rights, in hopes of averting their own actions in the matter-- I want to put those in official positions on notice-- I DID NOT MAKE A DEAL and they were my rights violated.

My concern would be that a deal "insured" relatives that were either confused or frightened into something they should not have agreed to. I am not frightened nor am I confused. My relatives cannot do what I have seen done. Government officials abusing their power-- can. I said no. I never worked for the government nor do I wish to..

My rights are being violated now [fraud and interference with my right to conduct business-- online activities] and much more seriously in the past as related to criminal civil rights abuses.

You cannot make a deal with my relatives to negate what has gone before. I can prove most of my claims. I am not sure what the records show-- but I am also not afraid of what any records will show. Explanations will be required from those that abused their power, not me. My problem appears to be getting the Department of Justice to take the intake claim. Why?

You are making a mistake to continue to allow my rights to be violated and not address at least quietly what has gone on before. I said no.

Whenever I get passed on to 5 different people while attempting to find out where the Department of Justice is in the investigation I get a little testy. I called about an hour ago. Do you know what I have learned to do? Never get mad on the phone. I tell [scream at] my blog.

WordPress and post entry numbers

I have noticed an interesting little oddity with WordPress. When I upload a file [images] with the WordPress Upload feature, the database increments the post ID number. I think I am going to go back to uploading my images via SSH-shell access or FTP.

Why might this be a concern for me? If someone were mirroring my site, they could insert posts where the "image or non-" posts are supposed to be. This bothers me. I look for ways someone can "hijack" my site's resources. In the past, there has been unauthorized access to my blogs. I am not sure who.

This post-- a warning to those tampering with my sites. You do not have my authorization and this practice should cease forthwith. IP checks should be made where there is a question. I am speculative. I am not malicious.

One or two of my developments, i.e., Blogger Calendar, Technorati Blog Ranking Tool, or areas on WiredPages could have put me on the [notice] map. Because there was no Blogger Calendar for Blogger-- I believe that had the best chance. I am constantly getting notices for new affiliates or promos from 2 of the three affiliate programs I belong too. Why bother if I have no traffic?

Why am I mad? I get threats and am not even sure what they want-- I have no audience, yet everyone knows me and I am being defrauded, in front of everyone. You bet your bippie I am mad. I asked the FBI to investigate. No word yet. I am pulling ads. Do you think I will have more threats?

Hosting-Q: Hosting-Q is another matter entirely. Hosting-Q is my web hosting service. It also hosts the ProfessionalProfiles service. Since adding the ProfessionalProfiles link to the top of Q's Wire... Alexa claims the ranking for Hosting-Q has improved quite a bit. 8,000,000 to 1,000,000 over the last month or so. Q's Wire... of course is on the 1,600,000 ranked site [qisoftware.com]. Hosting-Q had more rank than all of qisoftware for a week or so and I was not even in development mode [ProfessionalProfiles is new]. I wish these lies correlated. It kind of adds insult to injury.

I get requests for linkage on Q's Wire... including offers to pay for a link.

I belong to some of the largest forums on the Internet and regularly leave a calling card. I often tell others about my latest developments-- calendars, templates, technorati magnet, vCard software, site finds...

Yet I am nowhere... The ads are the problem. You do not see fraud. I do.

Would someone do this? Attempt to make me so angry that I write things in my blog having to do with personal issues. They want a libel suit? I discuss only things I know to be true or speculation based on events. I use no malice.

Would someone break my car to make me mad to have me restart blog discussions about who I am and who I have known in an attempt to get a suit for libel?

Since July I have had several problems including: a charge back for my one and only hosting client, because of site problems had to move both my sites, a problem with my bank, and now major car problems. Someone wants me really angry.

What judge would award no class leeches anything after all this and this does not even include what happened before July of this year?

I am so distracted today-- I have made mistake after mistake on a paid blogging post. I have been thinking about all of this too much.

Yes, I agree if the DOJ would investigate they would say bad words... How long do you simply sit back and watch as someone takes more and more from me?

Sometimes, I believe things can be switched around, changed or filed and others that may have been affected have no knowledge of what may have happened.

For instance what if someone filed a suit against me? There should be a legal trail of filings, actions, etc. I have never received any notice of suits, garnishments or judgments against me or my business [QiSoftware].

To my knowledge-- I have never been sued by any individual for anything. In this country legal channels should be followed. This is a very loud message--

I am tired of trickery and subterfuge. I am tired of the mentality-- "Shawny-- JuJu and GeGe look just alike" [confusing me with other people-- in this case one of my parents neighbors, who lived next door to my sister for over 15 years].

I do not owe you or your tricks. I have to many clearances, references and too much know how... I said no.

I have not been sued and income from my businesses or interests should not be diverted or garnished, illegally.

I was looking for a post that I wrote over a year ago about Dave Taylor's discussion on domain mapping for TypePad users. The article was posted to my Business Blog.

Today, when I searched Google the atom.xml file [sitting on my domain] had the context of the post from June 2006. I have written many posts since June 2006 and the xml file should not have shown that post as current. Looks like an old atom.xml file. I deleted the atom.xml file to ensure there would be no confusion about which feed should be used for my business blog.

Intermittent Problems with JSP support

JSP support intermittent on Hosting-Q and QiSoftware sites. For some reason the instruction to restart Tomcat was removed from the list of services that should be restarted when the server drops.

Political? Not sure.... Too much interference from those that should get their nose out of my business. Looks like another idiot move from Washington and the anal bunch of idiots that do not understand NO.

WingSix? No-- I do not believe they get to operate in a vacuum. This is idiot interference from Washington.

Protect my rights-- of course not. Try to make my life and doing business harder? Of course. What else can idiots do with no skills and no life?

Of course-- at this time I am trying to promote software and hosting services and so this is really bad timing.

FBI/DOJ do you listen on this site? If this is Washington-- this is interference with my business. Problem with laws. Please tell the powerful idiots. They seem to not understand. I said no. Maybe they will understand jail.

QiSoftware-Support Transfered to New Blogger Format

Transferred this blog to the new Blogger format. The Blogger Calendar integrated with this blog is working fine.

I did have a problem because of the transfer. I have this blog setup using the same Google Adsense account as those on my other sites-- QiSoftware and Hosting-Q.

The main QiSoftware Business blog uses the Google Blogger account associated with my overall AdSense account. I had to use another Google account with this blog. I cannot merge this blog with the other Blogger account because I use different publishing options. I FTP the business blog posts to my domain whereas with this I use the BlogSpot servers. That is the whole point of maintaining a blog on the blogger servers-- to show the Blogger Calendar works on their platform as well....

Q's Wire is down...

This is going to be long. The local aunt -- lets call her "A". I do not believe she is my aunt, first of all. Two, I believe she and Marvin are siblings. Her husband likes her sandy brown hair... My Aunt Judy was a natural blond. No one has confirmed this. Pat only indicated Marvin was Aunt Judy's.

My niece was named after my mother. We tend to use a nick name when addressing her. I call her little girl. When little girl was about 9 or 10 months some of the relatives were at my mother's visiting. This included; Pat [Marvin's], "A", and my brother and his family.

I was just starting the journey of the Why's. I knew something was up and I felt my family knew there was something up. I thought everyone would be behind my efforts to have the issues with my career worked out. Why wouldn't they? During this time I also called one or two relatives explaining I may be in a long drawn out court battle and did they have anything to hide. In general family behavior was a bit odd.

We were sitting around talking and marveling at little girl's new found ability to walk. "A" looked at "little girl" and using the common nickname said "_______, you had better tell Regina something". The common nick name is similar to my mother's name of course. I would later see this as a threat. Why would my favorite "Aunt" be threatening me in the middle of my career problems -- which had nothing to do with her?

At the time, because so many odd things were happening, and I was in Washington talking to a lot of lawyers, I really thought it was my family's desire to assist without appearing to do so. I thought they thought it was my fight but they wanted to help kind of on the sly. Keep in mind, I knew nothing about family ties, family anger, friends issues, etc. I only knew the pain of my career issues. I would say to a government investigator before leaving the last employer, other than my father's death there has been nothing in my life that has caused me this much pain. My career issues were the only thing I understood at that time, and the personal ramifications of my decision to seek a correction were also causing me a great deal of concern. My whole life was changing and I could do nothing about it. Odd things were happening all over. I thought employer had gone into some sort of character assassin mode with regard to me to protect against my claims of government contract problems [Qui Tam]. I also thought my family members were concerned with being caught in the cross fire. Most of my family were/are employed by the US government in someway shape or form.

If anything, at the time I thought "A's" concern was for her husband's government job. Pat was a secretary/clerk for the secret service.

Of the aunts that visited on a regular basis, "A" was my favorite. She was older, wasn't as loud or as ethnic. I did not understand her marriage, but as long as she understood it was not my marriage, we didn't have any problems.

During this time I also started writing to official Washington with some of my charges. I believed there was at the very least a phone tap.

The third threat issued by "A" and the see you later -- software. The things in life I like are clothes, make up, computers, and software. I spend money on these things.

When A, her husband, and young relative arrived back on the east coast from California they had a problem with their computer. Somehow a jumper switch on the fax-modem card had been changed [they said it worked when the bought it] and the fax-modem would no longer work. I reconfigured the board and it started working. [Today I can't remember if the problem was on the mother board or the fax-modem card]. At the time Microsoft had just come out with Windows 3.1 for workgroups. I was using 3.1 the stand-alone version and liked the way it handled faxes and emails. I bought a copy of Microsoft Windows 3.1 for workgroups so they could use it with their newly reconfigured fax-modem card. I also installed my copy of MS Word. I explained that I loved this software. I had been a WordPerfect for DOS person, but that this software was great and the first WYSIWYG software that I thought truly worked in Windows. I took a lot of screen grabs for programs that I developed to insert into my user's guides. This program let me see how my screen grabs would look on the page. WordPerfect for DOS did not have this feature - I could insert bitmap graphics -- but not see how they would look on a page. I loved MS Word. I wanted everyone to love MS Word. I installed my version on their computer as well as the new operating system I had purchased for them. At the time the software [MS Word] was under a $100.00 and I thought worth it for the user's guides alone. I wanted them to buy it.

My co-workers often lent each other software. That's how I found MS Access. A California co-worker while out on business told me about MS Access [it was brand new then] and gave me his copy to evaluate. I purchased my own copy. I have purchased several releases of this software. I also left my disks with Harvard Graphics the package I used most often. My pubs people did most of my graphics work, but I wrote a lot at home. I would have graphics people provide me disk copies of my graphics [those that weren't my program screen grabs] in a format [wmf/cgm] that would enable me to edit on the fly if I needed to, at night when I wrote.

Compared to most of my co-workers I gave the support staff the least amount of work to do. Give me a spell check, create any lists I need, and let it go [send it out to be readied as a deliverable on a government contract].

Back to family threats -- "A" called to say Uncle had lost his hard-drive and wanted to know if I would give them the operating system [Windows 3.1 for Workgroups] and MS Word again. I thought the phone was live. I had already discussed this issue. I had looked for everything in my life that could cause the chaos I was experiencing. Installing MS Word on their computer was one of the first things I discussed. I did not install Harvard Graphics and a week or so later picked up my disks. I don't know if they were installed or not. This was about 2 or 3 years after I fixed the initial problem with the fax-modem and bought them the OS as a house warming gift. I explained that I purchased the OS as a housewarming gift and no I would not re-install MS Word. Briefly, I thought she wanted to help me find anything that would cause the problems I was experiencing. The problem was I had already addressed that issue.

I don't remember the time line of (1) "My House isn't big enough for Regina and G", (2) ______, you had better tell Regina, something, and (3) Telephone call to have me illegally re-install that software -- sorry, evaluation period over -- dear, these three events happened within the first year or so of my raising the employment issues after leaving the last defense contractor. I began to realize "A" didn't like me.

With the losses I had already sustained it was a mere pebble in the pile of rocks. Plus, I really didn't like her husband. I have not looked back. My mother seems to be upset by this... I am not interested in their lives.

Lets look closer at the _____, you had better tell Regina, something - threat.

I have lived a very sheltered life. At least two people have told me this. In the late 80's I was coming over from VA once [my family also came up around Mother's day on occasion to visit my parents] and there was a Gay Pride March in Washington. I had never seen two men holding hands before. Never. I was stopped on "Constitution Avenue" and two men holding hands crossed the street. I thought this was so "amazing". I arrived at my parents and told my grandmother. I also told her I once saw some prostitutes on Thomas Circle.

I don't know if there are family secrets, but on more than one occasion I felt as if family wanted to "slap the piss out of me". As a matter of fact "Aunt C", the one that I thought liked "driver's Brother" said this to me sometime after my father died. I have looked at whether anyone is gay, or if the Washington issues have tried to infer something else. I make no judgments. From what I can tell, a lot of people can only hope to have the problems of my extended family. I have looked around a lot. A law enforcement person [dark skin female of color] once asked me if I was a prostitute -- [this time frame]. I looked officer in the eye and explained that would be her and her mother. Has the family been hurt by Washington ties? I don't know.

Which family member told me? Not only am I insulted/assaulted by a Fairfax county law enforcement officer [in complaint to Washington] my family wants to take an attitude when they knew I had no idea about the rumors. I repeat -- Which family member told me? Allow me to suggest you find someone else to threaten "A".

Making Money With Ads...

I keep reading about those that claim the ads they maintain on their blogs provide enough income to offset the cost of web hosting.

I have ads on all three of my blogs [see Technorati profile] and belong to major affiliate programs which I regularly use for advertising. Thus far this year, I have made $13.88 from all of these ads including AdSense [actually, this income is totally from AdSense]. Ad placements are not limited to my blogs. I have ads on WiredPages, NS&J Forums, and my main business site.

I have a respectable amount of unique visitors [statistics provided by Blog Squad used as guideline] using this blog's stats and negating the other QiSoftware properties. Bottom line -- what I have earned for the entire year through advertising -- would not pay for one month of my web hosting.

How is this being done? Are these claims realistic? I read these claims often in forum posts and from bloggers using traffic exchange services. The more recent claim was found through a group [LinkedInBloggers] e-mail.

Is my inability to do the same because of Washington or am I simply an inept ad manager? What are your experiences [not with whether or not I am an inept ad manager... ahhh humor..] -- ad income? Similar article on Q's Wire...

Things That Will Make Your Web Host Happier

Compress/Optimize your databases on a regular basis.
Do not submit your site to those 1000 hits a day sites.
Deny IP access to bots that are particularly bothersome. 1000 hits or more a day is excessive.
If you run a forums board or use comments on your blog -- keep the self reporting e-mails to a minimum.
Comments on blogs -- if you really don't need them -- turn them off... however, must of us think we need them.
Blog track-backs can be resource intensive.
Set up robot.txt files [main domain and each sub-domain] to keep bot crawls at a minimum.
Optimize your page headers to keep bots at a minimum.
Even though must web hosts advertise blogging and forum services -- these applications are particularly resource intensive. If you have a shared plan or an inexpensive plan -- don't become to popular and expect to stay with your current plan.
Last but not least -- your web host wants your free advertisement - skip the affiliate program.

Item 2: I may have been the victim of person or persons that may have felt my site needed more hits.
Item 3: I do this on a regular basis to offset Item 2.
Item 10: My current web host offers specialized services -- advertising issues do not apply. You would find them -- because you are looking for them.

There is nothing worse than seeing a suspended account notice where your web site should be. These are things your web host probably won't tell you. Do a little research...

Did not receive a follow up e-mail from new web host with important information. Have sent an e-mail to request the follow up. Not sure if outside interference the cause or overlooked by new web host. Not sure if they have experienced any outside interference with regard to my hosting. Message to new web host: I will never forget my password... Please do not give anyone access privileges to my account, including me if I claim I have forgotten. My credit card information is too easily obtained so this is not a secure means of verification. Problems with my prior web host began in the summer of 2004. They claimed I called screaming about the loss of my password -- see this post. I have never forgotten a password related to qisoftware.com web hosting. This would have also been before I installed PHP [NS&J forums and Q's Wire] applications on my site [see previous post]. Either they [previous web host] were not impressed with my "extra baggage -- [Washington Interference]" or someone did indeed try to gain unauthorized access to my accounts. The Blogger Calendar uses Java technology -- for the WordPress or Movable Type platforms -- JDBC is also utilized. The application uses a front end Applet and a server side Servlet to provide users with a 100 year calendar and an interface which highlights every day a post has been made to the blog. The Q's Wire... [WordPress Blog] calendar is illustrated below:

I developed the Calendar in September 2004, after searching the net for a calendar for my then 3 month old Business Blog -- QiSoftware -- a Blogger blog. Here are the posts in the BloggerForum that discuss the planned implementation, its release and other notable entries.

Why is this important? The technology is innovative and I have had more than a few inquiries. I can no longer demo the calendar [qisoftware.com offline] -- but many have tested it. My web host supported Java Servlets something I used a great deal of in my programs and tools.

Legal Notes:Spoke with the ACLU, Washington office and Arent, Fox... a law firm also in Washington, today. I have submitted to the ACLU before. I think I have compelling reasons, however I had compelling reasons when I first approached them. I have been everywhere. Law enforcement response - wait. Everyone else... no sorry we have no jurisdiction over that department. Why...

I do not have an over active imagination. Something is very wrong with all the things I have experienced. Why does a broken arm stay broken? Doctors have been healing broken arms with casts for ages. Why wasn't mine? This is not a sympathy scream. It's -- how many awful things must I live through to have someone say -- "maybe something is wrong". Cryptic no... frustrated yes...

I worked hard putting up my new sites. The domain is now offline for reasons I still don't seem to be able to comprehend [I am bright] and I sit trying to figure out where I can go for legal assistance. This -- a license for everyone to kick at once, since it appears I have no legal recourse? NO. Still working the Maryland auto emissions problem. By the way -- I am angry not weepy -- now laughing [after re-reading].

The recent site problems are the latest in a long line of problems. I have been with LunarPages since June 2002 and have never had any problems before now. Even with the issues concerning government contracts. I pay in advance on a yearly basis [part of my pr budget].

How important is the calendar in all of this and does it factor into the recent site problems???

Problems with LunarPages appear not to work out... Still a bit confused and have registered the protest. Account still up -- but LunarPages claims it will deactivate. Why not get a new web-host right away? -- The problem was never explained clearly and a bit abstract [moving target] -- do this, no do this... it was never one thing. I am concerned that it is more to do with QiSoftware.com and not which web-host I select. Too many odd things.

Will probably provide LunarPages threads that show the oddity of the whole situation. New thing today -- Chad Riddles -- LunarPages Customer Service rep said something about 80% of the CPU on the server. How can the admin php file I accessed on Saturday to close a global topic incur 80% of the CPU. They [lunarPages] claim an admin style php script that I did not access is the problem. I accessed the permissions script and I am the only person with admin privileges. Also cpu usage is a relative thing. If the server is not busy it could be allowed. The server would proportion the usage correctly if setup correctly. As long as it did not prevent another process from executing it should have been okay. Also the priorities for my processes could have been set higher -- which I have no control over -- may have been the problem. Too much I had no control over, yet my account is at fault.

I did not debate -- simply said not happy and caught off guard. Also asked if there was another problem? [Like they hadn't already found several different reasons.] Legally LunarPages is responsible, but I can't help feeling they are caught up in my problems with -- Washington?

Unfortunately I will have to hold them responsible -- in that my agreement is with them and they appear to have defaulted.

One other odd thing. Late last week I noticed that the counters on Q's Wire... appeared to roll back. The counters were directly connected to the underlying database. I have a script updating the stats. I have had ACCESS Host problems with the databases on my domain which LunarPages was notified of. I explained this in several blog posts. These were exploits to LunarPages controlled software not the blog or forums board that I installed as part of their service.

Is it the fraud problem or just the whole situtation?

All of this odd stuff has stopped surprising me. I wish it didn't feel as if someone were trying to coerce me... I don't like threats, I don't like bullies, and I don't like criminals. Where is the FBI/DOJ... pretending like I haven't sent them enough material to have my claims taken seriously.

I am not frightened... I just wonder how I can get my rights back. Someone once said "You have a right to sue". Why don't I have the right to be protected from the many odd/criminal things that have happened and are happening?

Do I fault LunarPages -- about the site problems. No, not really. I think they are caught in the middle. The middle of what? I was a Defense Contractor... Do I know something I don't realize I know?

I went out today, when I returned a county police car was blocking the driveway. I rolled down the window and asked if there was a problem. He moved the car and then left. Why is this odd? Sometimes the county police seem a little too forward... given I have contacted every law enforcement body between here and Washington and they always pretend they are working the problem. Kinda adds insult to injury that he blocks the driveway as if it is his right. I have sustained notable losses, and he sees me as someone to intimidate? I am not intimidated, maybe the next time I will ask if he knows any FBI agents. I use to know several, believe it or not. On a social basis. I am rambling because I am angry about my site.

I don't think the county police blocked the driveway to be friendly, I am not paranoid. I use to think they were being friendly. Not anymore. They did something odd on the street corner this summer. It's a quiet family neighborhood. A police car and several girls were on the street corner looking like a vice setup and not for drugs. The local police behave oddly sometimes.

Why?

I wonder if I seem less credible without my software tools and sites.

Stephan -- I upgrade my scripts based on phpBB and this is a stable copy. there are no error_logs reported. I do not do global updates because I clobber appearance enhancements I have added. I like the phpBB board. LunarPages has gone with another brand which is newer and not as stable or as supported. I think the reason that you believe my scripts are old is because when I do the upgrades I do not update the extension.inc file in the main forums directory. The board software is stable. Further in that you don't appear to support this software anymore, I check with phpBB myself. There have been no alerts recently and this software is stable. Regina Thomas QiSoftware qisoftware however I did go ahead and render the script in question dead. Please lift the suspension -- at once. Futher the only exploits I have had are to the phpmyadmin scripts which are maintained by lunarpages. There are at the cpanel level and I cannot update them. Access Hosts are added that I did not add. The exploits are at the lunarpages level -- I have a topic on this board about the ACCESS Host problem which I can no longer find? Q

For those of you who keep up with Q's Wire... I received a suspension notice from Maryland today on my car. I faxed over the waiver which extends through August 2006. They said oh sorry... I'm sure. Think I am going to go on vacation... Be back Sunday. Have a nice weekend. I feel like I work to hard for all of this nonesense. I think I am very tired. My domain is down -- the draft of the letter to the FBI is also down. My redesigns, everything -- down. I worked non-stop for one month to redesign my sites and they are DOWN... I have integrated a demonstration version of the Blogger Calendar into the QiSoftware Support blog. This blog is located on the blogspot servers.
You will notice, the most recent post is a Calendar Index [in case this is not the most recent post -- when you see this I have provided the link]. This is where I am reading blog entry dates using the method I described in the earlier post --> Calendar Feasibility and Blogspot.
The earlier post specified a date form of: yy_mm_dd. The actual implementation of the calendar requires date specification in the following format: yyyy_mm_dd.
For those of you using the Pro Blogger platform, integration will not require the "Calendar Index" post. This requirement is only for those using the "free" Blogger platform and the blogspot servers. Here again see the earlier post for reference --> Calendar Feasibility and Blogspot.

I have had several inquiries about the Blogger Calendar. I am providing a list of FAQs and the corresponding responses.

May I have the code?
Response -- The short answer -- No...
What if I started my blog before 2000?
Response -- The calendar years can be set to whatever years you specify.
My blog is on the blogspot.com server, will it work on this platform?
Response -- The blogspot.com servers do not allow the read access that my application needs to harvest key information. I have contacted blogger.com in hopes of coming up with a work-around. Still waiting for a response.
My web-host does not support Java Servlet classes?
Response -- The ideal situation for my package is a site that supports Java Servlet classes. Absent that, I will host the software package, however the server where the blog is maintained must be read accessible by my program. [This is the same problem addressed by the blogspot.com servers.]
How much does it cost?
Response -- There is a cost for the software package. Because the package is custom developed -- the cost varies from client to client. There is also a fee if the package is hosted on my server.
Will one application work with all of my blogs?
Response -- Each calendar package is anchored to one blog site. I offer a discount to anyone with more than one blog.
What happens if I move my blog(s)?
Response -- I will provide a free software update.
Do you need a test user?
Response -- I used the blogger.com framework for the initial package, however it can be adpated for other blogging platforms. I am testing the blogger.com platform [hosted on qisoftware.com]. The difference between blogger.com and other blogging platforms may be how archive files are handled.... The short answer-- I am not offering demonstration copies of this program.
Your blog is relatively new, will program performance be affected by an older blog with more archive files?
Response -- No, the application is a program and may have performance issues due to server log jams. There should be no performance degradation because of the number of archived posts.

I finished development work on the Blog Calendar. See the sidebar to take it for a test drive. The calendar was developed for the blogger.com environment but can be adapted for use with most blogging community frameworks. The application is a combined Java Applet/Servlet package.

The calendar features several navigation tools including month and year selection menus. Each of the "red" calendar dates can be clicked to retrieve posts for that date. The "Last Post" button will retrieve the current blog entries [otherwise known as the blog's homepage].

The calendar is configured to reset to the current month and year when the "Last Post" button is selected -- even if the current month contains no entries. This is also true when the page loads. Each archived page will reset the calendar to the month and year of the archived post. Retrieval of all posts for a given month is achieved by clicking on the first day of the month. Clicking on other days within the month will only retrieve that day's post(s).
