New Mac OS Calendar Problem

When I got my new Macbook-- I noticed several versions of the Blogger Calendar [WordPress and Movable] did not show the complete year in the Year pull. This is because the common widget set is different for either the Mac OS X 10.4.+ or the Macbook handles pull [list] widgets differently. I am not sure which is causing the problem.

This is an easy fix to correct-- I simply have not had the time. All new calendars delivered will not have this problem.

The bloggercalendar.blogspot.com blog was available. I have no idea what I will do with this new blog. I want to use it to help promote the Blogger Calendar interface I developed some time ago.

My relatives cannot absolve your guilt nor will I go away....

A late 1997 event causes me some concern as related to those around me and their behavior. All of this has to do with horrific violations I have been subjected to after filing an EEOC complaint, that at the time I thought had to do with government contract abuses [Qui Tam].

If relatives entered into a deal with those that violated my rights, in hopes of averting their own actions in the matter-- I want to put those in official positions on notice-- I DID NOT MAKE A DEAL and they were my rights violated.

My concern would be that a deal "insured" relatives that were either confused or frightened into something they should not have agreed to. I am not frightened nor am I confused. My relatives cannot do what I have seen done. Government officials abusing their power-- can. I said no. I never worked for the government nor do I wish to..

My rights are being violated now [fraud and interference with my right to conduct business-- online activities] and much more seriously in the past as related to criminal civil rights abuses.

You cannot make a deal with my relatives to negate what has gone before. I can prove most of my claims. I am not sure what the records show-- but I am also not afraid of what any records will show. Explanations will be required from those that abused their power, not me. My problem appears to be getting the Department of Justice to take the intake claim. Why?

You are making a mistake to continue to allow my rights to be violated and not address at least quietly what has gone on before. I said no.

Whenever I get passed on to 5 different people while attempting to find out where the Department of Justice is in the investigation I get a little testy. I called about an hour ago. Do you know what I have learned to do? Never get mad on the phone. I tell [scream at] my blog.

WordPress and post entry numbers

I have noticed an interesting little oddity with WordPress. When I upload a file [images] with the WordPress Upload feature, the database increments the post ID number. I think I am going to go back to uploading my images via SSH-shell access or FTP.

Why might this be a concern for me? If someone were mirroring my site, they could insert posts where the "image or non-" posts are supposed to be. This bothers me. I look for ways someone can "hijack" my site's resources. In the past, there has been unauthorized access to my blogs. I am not sure who.

This post-- a warning to those tampering with my sites. You do not have my authorization and this practice should cease forthwith. IP checks should be made where there is a question. I am speculative. I am not malicious.

The more recent entries [i.e., 151, 155] are those that were inserted when an image file was uploaded [about two of those] and the rest-- they look odd.

Why is this notable? The Girl's WordPress Blog [mentioned above as part of the comparison] gets more profitable writing assignments because her blog is ranked higher. I bet the girl thought I was going to post a link. Shame on you... I get threats in real time-- because everyone reads my blog. Note: of course the stats dispute my claim. The threats-- I am not sure if a link or ad is wanted. Maybe some big man simply wants to say "boo". I do not like boo.

I am definitely going to have to get an Alexa Toolbar.

One or two of my developments, i.e., Blogger Calendar, Technorati Blog Ranking Tool, or areas on WiredPages could have put me on the [notice] map. Because there was no Blogger Calendar for Blogger-- I believe that had the best chance. I am constantly getting notices for new affiliates or promos from 2 of the three affiliate programs I belong too. Why bother if I have no traffic?

Why am I mad? I get threats and am not even sure what they want-- I have no audience, yet everyone knows me and I am being defrauded, in front of everyone. You bet your bippie I am mad. I asked the FBI to investigate. No word yet. I am pulling ads. Do you think I will have more threats?

Hosting-Q: Hosting-Q is another matter entirely. Hosting-Q is my web hosting service. It also hosts the ProfessionalProfiles service. Since adding the ProfessionalProfiles link to the top of Q's Wire... Alexa claims the ranking for Hosting-Q has improved quite a bit. 8,000,000 to 1,000,000 over the last month or so. Q's Wire... of course is on the 1,600,000 ranked site [qisoftware.com]. Hosting-Q had more rank than all of qisoftware for a week or so and I was not even in development mode [ProfessionalProfiles is new]. I wish these lies correlated. It kind of adds insult to injury.

I get requests for linkage on Q's Wire... including offers to pay for a link.

I belong to some of the largest forums on the Internet and regularly leave a calling card. I often tell others about my latest developments-- calendars, templates, technorati magnet, vCard software, site finds...

Yet I am nowhere... The ads are the problem. You do not see fraud. I do.

Would someone do this? Attempt to make me so angry that I write things in my blog having to do with personal issues. They want a libel suit? I discuss only things I know to be true or speculation based on events. I use no malice.

Would someone break my car to make me mad to have me restart blog discussions about who I am and who I have known in an attempt to get a suit for libel?

Since July I have had several problems including: a charge back for my one and only hosting client, because of site problems had to move both my sites, a problem with my bank, and now major car problems. Someone wants me really angry.

What judge would award no class leeches anything after all this and this does not even include what happened before July of this year?

I am so distracted today-- I have made mistake after mistake on a paid blogging post. I have been thinking about all of this too much.

Yes, I agree if the DOJ would investigate they would say bad words... How long do you simply sit back and watch as someone takes more and more from me?

Darnetta once told me she forgot to sign something. Here is a post I wrote recently about legal issues:

Garnishments? No knowledge of any...

Sometimes, I believe things can be switched around, changed or filed and others that may have been affected have no knowledge of what may have happened.

For instance what if someone filed a suit against me? There should be a legal trail of filings, actions, etc. I have never received any notice of suits, garnishments or judgments against me or my business [QiSoftware].

To my knowledge-- I have never been sued by any individual for anything. In this country legal channels should be followed. This is a very loud message--

I am tired of trickery and subterfuge. I am tired of the mentality-- "Shawny-- JuJu and GeGe look just alike" [confusing me with other people-- in this case one of my parents neighbors, who lived next door to my sister for over 15 years].

I do not owe you or your tricks. I have to many clearances, references and too much know how... I said no.

I have not been sued and income from my businesses or interests should not be diverted or garnished, illegally.

Taking from me should be through a legal process. There has been none.

Conclusion: The crimes committed would be against me. Fraud and violation of my rights. I want the correction.

Who stands to gain if I am unable to collect what is owed me or what was taken from me? WHO is that? It belongs in jail. My estate goes to the American Cancer Society.

I am too costly for the government to correct?
